Graduate of any 4-year course
Highly organized and proficient in MS Office
Background or experience in Communications or Media
Preferably a CCF DGroup Member

Office & Operations Support: Manages daily administrative operations including documentation, records, supplies, admin & volunteer coordination, and internal requests to ensure smooth office workflow.
Coordination & Communication: Serves as the central coordinator for staff, ministries, and volunteers.
Event & Ministry Support: Provides administrative and logistical support for church events, trainings, registrations, volunteer coordination, and post-event documentation.
Data, Finance & Compliance Support: Maintains accurate trackers, databases, and reports. Assists in expense documentation, budget monitoring, and ensures compliance with internal processes and data integrity.
Students in Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or related courses
Willing to learn and serve in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
