Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, or any related field
Has working experience related to both administrative function and communication
Experience with event organization and planning
Preferably a DGroup Leader who has finished GLC 2
Knows basic MS Office tools & Canva editing is a plus
The GLC and Leadership Development Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the coordination, follow-up, documentation, and reporting of DGroup Leaders and GLC participants within the satellite.
He/she will assist in implementing GLC programs and training, ensuring smooth academic and administrative operations of GLC Levels 1, 2, and 3 in coordination with CCF Main’s GLC Team.
The role also supports initiatives related to leadership development, helping facilitate growth and equipping of current and future DGroup leaders.
Conducts and cascades trainings and/or retreats for ministry volunteers.
Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Elementary Education, or related course

A CCF DGroup member and an active NXTGen volunteer
Strong Communication skills & Leadership skills,
Oversees NXTGen curriculum implementation and ensures alignment with CCF policies on safety and compliance
Works with the Elevate Youth Coordinator to ensure smooth transition of kids from NXTGen to Elevate and proper DGroup placement
Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and management skills in achieving ministry goals under the direction of the Hub/Region Pastor
Graduate of Accountancy or Business Administration
At least 15 years experience in Finance and Administration
Male D12 Leader
Preferably CPA
Oversees financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and overall administration of the region
Leads the implementation of operational policies and systems to ensure efficiency and long-term growth
Serves as the main contact for finance, HR, facilities, procurement, IT, and events management concerns
Collaborates with regional, hub, and satellite leadership teams to ensure alignment and cohesive church operations
Students in Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or related courses
Willing to learn and serve in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive

Other administrative tasks
