Graduate of any 4-year course
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Project planning and management skills
Knows basic MS Office tools & Canva editing is a plus
Preferably part of a Discipleship Group

The position is responsible for planning, executing, and coordinating various church events, including conceptualization, logistics, volunteer coordination, and communication strategies.
Develop and implement marketing strategies for church events and activities, including social media management & promotional materials.
Conducts and cascades trainings and/or retreats for ministry volunteers.
Skilled in at least two areas: audio mixing, lighting, video switching, or live streaming
Familiar with presentation software (e.g., ProPresenter)
Able to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Committed to serving with excellence and a team mindset
Preferably a member of a Discipleship Group
Oversees and executes all technical aspects of live production (audio, video, lighting, and graphics).
Coordinates with ministry/event leads to ensure production requirements are met.
Maintains workflows, trains volunteers, and supports smooth Sunday services and events.
Assists in equipment inventory and stays updated on latest production tools and trends.
Students in Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or related courses
Willing to learn and serve in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
